We aim to cultivate community by addressing harms through restorative justice dialogues
What do we do?
-
Restorative justice community circles help build relationships and trust within a group.
These circles include a topic prompt with multiple options for everyone to answer, encouraging dialogue, and connection.

Throughout 2025, we conducted a community needs assessment that centered on the needs of Central Oregonians and what they need to feel a sense of belonging.
You can find our community needs assessment’s findings under the ‘Community Engagement’ page.
-
Seasons of Change are our community circles that are specifically for community members who have been impacted by the traditional criminal justice system.
We are currently enrolling for our Fall 2025 Cohort.

StandinRJ aims to Facilitate Restorative Justice Processes
About
StandinRJ was established in 2024 by a Central Oregon Restorative Justice Facilitator who had the idea to cultivate community belonging through Restorative Justice Circles.
StandinRJ has a particular interest in using restorative dialogue to engage with community members who often feel left out of community conversations, while including those who have experienced harm in their communities.
