We aim to cultivate community belonging through Restorative Justice dialogues

What do we do?

  • We have a goal to better understand the needs of our Central Oregon older population.

Throughout 2025, we will be conducting a community needs assessment survey that centers on our 60+ citizens and what they need to feel like they belong.

  • Restorative justice community circles help build relationships and trust within a group. These circles include a topic prompt with multiple options for everyone to answer, encouraging dialogue, and connection. These circles are facilitated by a credentialed facilitator.

    These circles ideal for:

    • Housing Communities

    • Senior Living Facilitates

    • Workplaces

    Pricing available upon request.

  • Conflict Coaching available by a credentialed facilitator.

    • A one time no-cost 15 minute phone consultation offered upon request

    • Fees starting at $100 per hour, sliding scale available.

StandinRJ aims to Facilitate Restorative Justice Processes

About

StandinRJ was established in 2024 by a local Restorative Justice Facilitator who had the idea to cultivate community belonging through Restorative Justice Circles.

StandinRJ has a particular interest in using restorative dialogue to engage with community members who often feel left out of community conversations, while including those who have experienced harm in their communities.
