Emily B.

Founder, Facilitator, & Restorative Justice Practitioner

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oregon State University, Emily earned a master’s degree in Restorative Justice at Vermont Law and Graduate School. She has been a Restorative Justice Practitioner for the past 4 years in Central Oregon and is currently serving on the Restorative Justice Coalition of Oregon Executive Committee as the treasurer.

Emily has a particular passion for including often forgotten about individuals in restorative justice practices and founded Stand-in Restorative Justice with that mission in mind.

Libby S.

Restorative Justice Outreach Specialist

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University- Cascades, Libby worked as a Restorative Justice and Mediation Case Coordinator at a local Central Oregon non-profit before transitioning to Stand-in Restorative Justice. She is a trained mediator with experience mediating in small claims court, neighbor to neighbor, and parenting cases.

Libby has a particular interest in helping individuals living in rural areas connect to restorative justice practices as well as helping older adults find belonging in their communities .
